Very comfortable stay. Bed was comfy and clean. Excellent service offered by Omar and Mohamed. 24hr manned reception. Rooms on the small side. High end fixtures and fittings with under floor heating in bathroom. Bottomless hot drinks at reception. Wheelchair accessible and umbrellas for use. Close to Victoria Station. Luggage storage available before/after checkin. Allowed us to check in early. Downside: 600 plus rooms are in the basement, noisy when next to the elevator. Could hear people above. No natural light from windows. When window open noise from air conditioning units above.

4 of us stayed for 2 nights last week in a family room. The service was great they went above and beyond for us to make sure we were happy. They even carried my mum luggage to the room. They made us feel right at home. Nothing was an issue they called us a taxi when we needed one. The guys at reception were just lovely. It's local to a lot which was great. The room was clean with everything you need. We will definitely be back we won't stay anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend hotel.

We stayed at the Best Western Buckingham Palace Road and overall had a very good experience. It’s true that the rooms are small, but they are clean, functional, and perfectly fine for a city stay. The noise from the nearby trains can be noticeable, but a good pair of earplugs easily solves the problem. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help. We didn’t try the hotel breakfast because there are plenty of excellent cafés and breakfast spots just around the corner. The best part is the location—just steps from Victoria Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around London. A solid choice for a practical and well-connected stay

For London standards, the rooms are quite spacious and offered at a very reasonable price. The gentleman who assisted us was kind and helpful at all times, we were even offered coffee or hot chocolate, which was a lovely touch. The location is perfect if you plan on using the Tube, as everything is close by. It’s very well priced for the area, with a bus station just a short walk away….There are plenty of nearby amenities, making it an excellent choice if you’ll be moving around the city frequently. Highly recommended!

Very good choice! We visited for three nights, very good service, good rooms, very close to Victoria station. The only problem was that it was very noisy because of the train station and the poor sound insulation but it's not a big deal, you get used to it.

We stayed at the Best Western Buckingham Palace Road Hotel as a family of three (my wife, daughter, and I) and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — right by Victoria Station and within easy reach of many London attractions. Our room was small and a bit dated, but very clean and comfortable, with a double bed for us and a separate bed for our child. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. The only downsides were the rather basic breakfast and some railway noise at night, which might bother light sleepers. Still, it’s a good value option for a short family stay in central London.

Decent hotel, very great service from staff! :) i was unfortunate that there was no water in the hotel in the morning, I know they go it solved at around 6.30 in the morning but by then I had to leave! Now these thing can happen. Also my AC stopped working during the night. But I will be back was just bad luck good price for London!

Stayed for 1 night, all staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable. The hotel is In central London so naturally the rooms will be small (the same as every hotel in the city) so that was expected but the rooms are well designed so it doesn’t feel cramped. Great location for Victoria coach and train station and very central. Will be staying again for sure
